How long does onboarding take?
10 business days for managed IT. Facility installs (cameras, access control) depend on scope but typically 1-2 weeks.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Standard agreement is 12 months, renews automatically, with a 60-day out. Month-to-month is available on request at a higher rate.
What's included in the monthly price?
Everything: monitoring, help desk, security tools, software updates, and backup. No surprise charges for "extras." If it's in your plan, it's covered.
Do you only work with construction companies?
Construction is our specialty, but we work with manufacturers, healthcare clinics, professional services firms, and local businesses across Southern Colorado.
What happens if something breaks at 2am?
Our monitoring runs around the clock on every plan and flags trouble before you notice. The Professional plan includes a full after-hours helpdesk, so a 2am server crash gets a technician right away. On Core and Growth, after-hours response is available as an add-on.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Usually, yes. We assess what you have, keep what works, and replace what doesn't. No unnecessary hardware purchases.
