How does onboarding pricing work?
Onboarding is calculated from your environment: a base fee per service tier plus per-workstation, per-server, per-user, and per-additional-location charges. Worked examples and exact numbers come with your first proposal. Onboarding is often waived for 24-month agreements or annual prepay. Migration work for legacy systems or Microsoft 365 tenants is scoped and billed separately.
What if I already have an IT person?
We work great alongside internal IT staff. Many clients use us for 24/7 monitoring, security tooling, and overflow support while their internal person handles day-to-day requests.
